What documents am I supposed to submit?

The online profile streamlines the process of matching your application against our requirements.
How long does the application process take?
Applications are supposed to be submitted online only. We will contact you within four weeks of after having received your documents. If your profile matches one of our vacancies, we will invite you to attend a series of interviews with hiring managers, human resources representatives, and future colleagues. If you convince us that together we will make a difference, you will receive an attractive offer within a short period of time.

- Your compensation package is based on the position and prior experience. It includes both holiday pay and a Christmas bonus equivalent to one month’s salary. We also provide appropriate accident insurance for work-related travel.
- We provide an employee pension plan with options including annuities and deferred compensation. To ensure that employees participate in the company’s success, we offer the opportunity to buy shares in our US parent company.

Depending on the subject matter, courses are conducted by external trainers or internal experts. We hosted more than 7,000 training sessions last year – more than two courses per employee.
