These are financial, individual, and economic objectives. Performance reviews are conducted on a regular basis and linked to growth planning in order to identify training and development needs, maximizing employees’ potential.

Diversity of support

We value your personal and professional development. Therefore, we offer our staff goal-oriented training and development programs based upon individual growth plans. Depending on the subject matter, courses are conducted by external trainers or internal experts. Last year, we hosted more than 7,000 training sessions.
