For the fourth time now, Abbott has received the “Top Arbeitgeber Deutschland” seal of quality from the Corporate Research Foundation for 2010 and has even achieved second position in this year’s overall rankings. Assessment for the award is based on a comprehensive survey involving the topics of Development Opportunities, Market Position & Company Image, Corporate Culture, Remuneration & Recognition, Job Security and Work-Life Balance. A team of experienced business journalists also conducts interviews with the participants on site to gain insight into the corporate culture they experience at the workplace.
